Dr Katarine Holewa, ND RAc works with her patients to provide optimized, personalized protocols that help them recover from hormonal imbalances (women’s health, thyroid and adrenal imbalance, etc), obesity and metabolic syndrome, skin care/dermatological concerns, autoimmunity and inflammatory disorders, digestive disturbances, mental health concerns, as well as with pain management. Her toolbox includes nutritional counseling, injection therapies, acupuncture and cupping, neural therapy, and aesthetic medicine. Dr Holewa is also licensed to prescribe.

Dr. John Yim, ND has called Nanaimo home for almost 60 years, half of those have been in serving his community as a Naturopathic Physician. Dr. Yim provides individualized health care for those suffering with gut issues, allergies, autoimmunity, pain, inflammatory conditions, hormone health including adrenal fatigue, menopause and peri menopause, men’s health, maximizing brain health, and family medicine.
